Job Title: Senior Financial Markets Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Financial Markets Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on financial markets and products to clients across Asia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and experience working in fast-paced environments. You will be expected to conduct market research, analyze data, and develop actionable insights to inform client strategy and risk management decisions.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be required to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

You will work closely with our trading desks, legal teams, and clients to execute agreements and negotiate deals. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and dedication to delivering high-quality results will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting macroeconomic research and analyzing market trends to provide actionable insights for client strategy and risk management decisions
  • Preparing market updates, pitch books, and reports to support client engagement and business development initiatives
  • Supporting the pricing and structuring of derivative trades across FX and Rates asset classes
  • Working with clients' leadership teams to prepare custom MIS reports and track client trade portfolios

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in the finance industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior role
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments, think critically, and solve complex problems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
