
Senior Corporate Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team. This role is critical in driving seamless HR operations, focusing on attendance, payroll, leave management, and offer rollouts, while ensuring compliance with policies and statutory regulations.
- Manage and monitor employee attendance records, ensuring accuracy in timesheets.
- Administer and process monthly payroll, including statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
- Maintain and update leave management systems, ensuring fair and consistent policy implementation.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, leaves, attendance, and HR operations.
- Prepare and share HR reports (attendance summaries, payroll reports, compliance reports) with management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws and organizational policies.
- Support end-to-end HR operational activities such as onboarding documentation, employee records, and HR audits.
- Drive the offer rollout process—drafting, releasing, and tracking offer letters, ensuring smooth candidate onboarding.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in HR operations (attendance, payroll, leave management, and offer rollouts).
- Knowledge of payroll software, Excel, and HRMS systems.
- Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
