Business Development Role Overview

You will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, collaborations, and sales initiatives. The primary objective is to identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors.

  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, client presentations, proposal creation, negotiations, and closure.
    • Respond to RFPs/RFQs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver winning proposals.
  • Partnership Management:
    • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners to drive mutual business growth.
    • Collaborate with partners for co-branded initiatives, joint campaigns, and ecosystem development.
    • Track partner performance and ensure delivery against KPIs.
  • GTM & Revenue Strategy:
    • Work with leadership to design GTM plans and pricing models.
    • Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance offerings.
    • Track and report sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with recruitment, marketing, and product teams to deliver value to clients.
    • Ensure seamless onboarding and support for new partners.
    Required Skills and Qualifications
    • 2–3 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development.
    • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and experience working with RFPs, GTM strategies, and B2B partnerships.
    • Exposure to HR Tech, SaaS platforms, or recruitment solutions is a strong plus.
    • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
