Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and partners, and driving revenue growth through smart and strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and market segments for outreach.
  • Pitch AposHere's digital media and advertising solutions to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable ad solutions and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (media planning, creative, operations) to ensure campaign success.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and share insights for continuous improvement.
  • Attend industry events and stay updated on market trends in digital media and advertising.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, media sales, marketing, or a related role.
  • A Bachelor's degree
    in fields such as: Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Media and Communications, or any related discipline
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Confidence in client meetings, sales calls, and presentations.
  • Ability to understand client needs and tailor proposals accordingly.
  • Passion for digital media, advertising, and emerging marketing trends.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and attention to detail.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Prior experience in digital advertising or media sales.
  • Familiarity with OOH, DOOH, or retail media ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
