Job Title: Business Development Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bulk Cold Calling: Make high-volume outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products or services and gathering relevant information.
  • Sales Promotion: Promote our company offers, products, and services to increase customer interest and drive sales or lead generation.
  • Lead Qualification: Engage customers in meaningful conversations, qualify leads, and offer solutions to their needs.
  • Customer Engagement: Build positive relationships with customers through effective communication in Marathi and Hindi.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues with professionalism and patience.
  • Sales Follow-up: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and nurture leads for potential conversion.
  • Sales Performance Management: Identify sales opportunities or cross-sell services based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Regular Updates: Provide regular updates on call performance, sales, and lead generation to the team leader or manager.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
  • Results-Driven Approach: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other productivity tools.
