Drive Business Growth with Field Marketing Strategies
- Develop and implement field marketing initiatives to boost awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across enterprise and government accounts.
- Collaborate with sales teams, partners, and channel account managers to design tailored, scalable campaigns that support revenue goals.
- Lead account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and sales objectives.
- Plan and execute regional events, executive roundtables, workshops, and industry conferences to foster customer engagement and drive demand.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product marketing, demand generation, and communications, to ensure consistent messaging and positioning.
- Track, measure, and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future programs.
We Are Seeking a Highly Organized and Strategic Thinker
- A minimum of 10-12 years of B2B marketing experience in a tech environment, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT solutions.
- Experience working with both enterprise and government accounts is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM), demand generation, and the enterprise/government buying journey.
- Proven ability to align marketing programs with sales objectives and measure success through data-driven insights.
- Hands-on experience in executing field marketing initiatives, including events, content marketing, and digital campaigns.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a track record of successful collaboration across sales, partners, and agencies.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
- MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is highly preferred.
