About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle, with a strong focus on building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. A proven track record of success in IT sales is essential for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with prospective clients and establish trust through effective communication.
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely closing of deals and meet revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and establish competitive advantages.
  • Track key metrics to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Demonstrated success in full sales cycles, including deal closing.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • CRM experience is preferred but not required.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is ₹20,00,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
