Senior Account Growth Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering trust and credibility.
  • Audit & Upsell: Identify and drive opportunities to expand device deployments, introduce new services, and elevate account value.
  • Growth Strategy: Develop and execute tailored account growth plans aligned with client goals and business objectives.
  • Contract Renewals: Proactively manage contract extensions, ensuring seamless renewals and minimizing churn.
Essential Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in account management, client success, or enterprise sales.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth within existing accounts.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
