
Strategic Business Expansion Manager

This role involves leading the expansion of our business through strategic partnerships and collaborations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer requirements
- Presentation of compelling sales pitches and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiation of contracts and closing deals to maximize profitability
- Collaboration with internal teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs
- Tracking and analysis of business development performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Proven track record of 4–8 years in business development, sales, or a related role
- Strong understanding of sales principles, market dynamics, and client relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and execute growth initiatives
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
