Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer requirements
  • Presentation of compelling sales pitches and proposals to potential clients
  • Negotiation of contracts and closing deals to maximize profitability
  • Collaboration with internal teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs
  • Tracking and analysis of business development performance metrics
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Proven track record of 4–8 years in business development, sales, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, market dynamics, and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and execute growth initiatives
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
