About This Role

AGCO is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team in India. As an OPEX Controller, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and optimizing procurement processes for our Supply chain operations.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Your Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly close, partnering closely with accounting for EME sites and share monthly results with Finance partners.
  • Prepare monthly commentary to explain variances between actual results and / or budget / forecasts.
  • Track headcount on monthly basis and compared to budgeted and forecasted vacancy rates, including trend analysis for key drivers of change.
  • Ensure business owners are executing the budgeted OpEx plan, including tracking actuals, approval of projects & providing direction to business owners.
  • Develop Opex & Headcount forecasts for designated areas, in partnership purchasing and Logistic budget owners.
  • Identify risks and opportunities that affect the achievement of these forecasts.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or procurement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in OneStream and SAP Systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft word and Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools.
