Job Title: Operational Excellence Manager

As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of operational excellence initiatives to drive efficiency, quality, and safety in workplace operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Workplace Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining a safe working environment.
  2. Preventive Maintenance Programs: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness.
  3. M&E Project Management: Manage M&E projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality delivery within stipulated timelines and budgets.
  4. Facility Management: Provide comprehensive facility management services, including contract and procurement management, to ensure seamless technical services delivery.
  5. Financial Performance: Achieve financial targets established by senior facilities managers while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
  6. Performance Indicators: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) set by senior facilities managers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 3-5 years of facility experience
