In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in the implementation and delivery of Next-Generation security solutions for our esteemed clients. As an integral member of our Network Security Professional Services team, you will contribute to and occasionally lead engagements centered on cutting-edge technologies at customer sites.

  • Design and deploy intricate projects, leveraging your exceptional technical expertise and hands-on approach.
  • Contribute to customer engagements, assisting in the design and deployment of our advanced security solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing input and guidance around complex systems to secure client environments.
  • Analyze logs and events from the solution, supplying threat analysis reports and offering direction as needed.
  • Maintain the implemented solution and provide mentorship on code upgrades, changes to the platform, and new technology developments.
  • Work closely with sales account teams to formulate a technical strategy that addresses customer business needs.
  • Engage with customers to understand their business and technical requirements, facilitating effective knowledge transfer and long-term engagements.

  • A 4-year degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent education/training/experience.
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in document creation is necessary.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience with firewall and IDS/IPS solutions in large environments.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the installation, configuration, and operation of Palo Alto Networks products.
  • Extensive knowledge of various security threats is mandatory.
  • A strong understanding of Internet protocols and applications is required.
  • Demonstrated project leadership skills and the ability to conduct design meetings are essential.
  • The ability to leverage a variety of tools to complete migrations (e.g., scripts, Excel, third-party tools) is necessary.
