Job Title: Cybersecurity Engineer

Job Description:

As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing security solutions to protect our infrastructure from cyber threats. This role requires strong knowledge of cybersecurity tools and technologies, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

You will work closely with the IT team to ensure that all systems and applications are secure and up-to-date. This includes monitoring network traffic, identifying potential vulnerabilities, and developing strategies to mitigate them.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing security protocols to protect against cyber threats
  • Monitoring network traffic to identify potential vulnerabilities
  • Developing strategies to mitigate identified vulnerabilities
Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in computer engineering, information technology, or a related field. They should also have hands-on experience with security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and virtual private networks.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Linux

  • Problem Solving & Feedback: Analyze and solve complex cybersecurity issues, suggest and implement improvements to enhance security posture
  • Scripting & Automation: Develop scripts for process automation and system integration
  • Development Skills: Possess a solid understanding of Python development for automation and security tasks
