Position Overview:
We're seeking an enthusiastic and driven Social Media Strategy & Engagement Executive with 1-3 years of experience in social media management. This entry-level role is perfect for a motivated individual passionate about digital media, eager to collaborate on creative campaigns, and ready to become the go-to person for our clients.
This position will handle daily management of our clients' social media accounts, driving strategy, content coordination, and reporting, while delivering consistent, growth-focused experiences for our brands.
Main Responsibilities:- Social Media Strategy & Content Planning: Develop tailored social media strategies for each client, aligning with their brand goals and target audiences. Collaborate closely with design and copy teams to plan engaging, brand-consistent content. Maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely postings and proactive client engagement.
- Client Communication & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for social media-related queries, maintaining regular, transparent communication with clients. Ensure client feedback is effectively communicated to internal teams and reflected in campaign adjustments.
- Social Media Execution: Oversee daily postings across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Use social media management tools to schedule content, track engagement, and analyze performance.
- SEO & Analytics: Employ SEO tools to optimize content for visibility and engagement, applying best practices for searchability and discoverability. Monitor KPIs, compile reports, and provide actionable insights based on analytics to guide campaign evolution.
- Presentation & Reporting: Develop visually compelling presentations in PowerPoint to showcase performance metrics, campaign strategies, and client updates. Deliver regular performance reports and campaign progress updates to clients, recommending actionable steps for improvement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Engagement Rate: Improve follower engagement across all client accounts, aiming for at least a 10% monthly engagement growth.
- Content Accuracy & Consistency: Ensure 100% on-time, accurate postings in line with the content calendar and brand guidelines.
- Client Satisfaction: Achieve high client satisfaction scores based on responsiveness, communication, and strategic effectiveness.
- Presentation Quality: Deliver high-quality presentations that demonstrate clear insights, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years in social media management, preferably within an agency or similar fast-paced environment.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and basic SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz).
- Strong communication skills, able to manage client expectations effectively and translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Expertise in PowerPoint for creating polished, data-driven presentations.
- Basic understanding of analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
Estimated Salary: ₹450,000 - ₹550,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
