We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and proactive individual to manage and enhance our company's online presence across various social media platforms, develop engaging content, and monitor trends.

  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with our business goals and objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activity on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
  • Post relevant content (text, images, video) to engage and grow our online community.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback across social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Content Creation:
  • Create original, high-quality, and engaging content tailored to each social media platform.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce visual and written materials for posts, campaigns, and ads.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and incorporate them into content creation.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan and implement paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and make adjustments to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Social Media Analytics:
  • Track social media metrics such as engagement rates, reach, traffic, and conversions.
  • Use analytics tools to generate reports and provide actionable insights to improve social media performance.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to refine social media strategy.
  • Brand Consistency:
  • Ensure all social media content and communications are consistent with our brand voice, tone, and style.
  • Assist in maintaining our social media brand guidelines and visual identity.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Social Media Manager, or similar role in a marketing department.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and social media management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
  • Creativity and strong attention to detail, with the ability to tailor content to different platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising tools and campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
  • Ability to analyze and interpret social media analytics to optimize strategy and content.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of SEO, online marketing, and marketing analytics is a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
