We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our organization as an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing existing distribution channels, and developing new business opportunities in the VRF & Ducted segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets as per Annual Business Plan and debtor management
  • Handle existing distribution channels, appoint new channels or accounts, and provide support to generate consistent business
  • Develop relationships with architects, consultants, and project managers to secure new business opportunities
  • Monitor competition, provide market insights to the reporting manager, and collaborate on strategies to maintain a competitive edge
  • Foster strong relationships with channel partners, providing sales product training and support to enhance business share
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and analysis to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • 6-9 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or 10-16 years as a Deputy Manager in sales
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing distribution channels
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
  • Strong knowledge of VRF & Ducted Systems, distribution channel management, and sales strategies
