Vehicle Insurance Sales Specialist

Our ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various types of general insurance policies, including car insurance, health insurance, and motor insurance. They will also have excellent communication skills to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to manage agency channel sales performance, including recruitment, training, and development of agents. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase motor insurance penetration through open market channels.
- Analyze current market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities in the direct market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service quality.
- Develop and implement plans to capitalize on new business opportunities, while maintaining existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance sales performance.
- Candidate Profiling: Identify potential candidates who possess the required skills and qualifications to excel in this role.
- Motivation and Development: Provide coaching and guidance to ensure that agents are equipped with the necessary skills to meet their sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-6 years of experience in the general insurance industry, preferably in an agency role.
- Strong understanding of general insurance products, including car insurance, health insurance, and motor insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
