Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced insurance professional to join our team as an Insurance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and selling insurance products to clients through our channels.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expertise in insurance solutions and assisting clients in choosing appropriate insurance policies
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining accurate records of sales and client interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training programs to stay current with industry trends and product knowledge

About the Role

This is a full-time position, typically within standard office hours, with occasional travel outside the present location to meet clients or attend training sessions. You will work closely with existing Relationship Managers (RMs) across our organization and be responsible for managing and selling insurance products to our clients through various businesses and channels.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the banking or insurance industry
  3. Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the life insurance sector and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
