We're looking for a seasoned professional with:
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role (fintech background preferred)
- A proven track record of building and managing high-performance sales teams
- Strong leadership skills, including negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (written and spoken)
- A positive mindset with out-of-the-box thinking
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions
- Proficiency in Excel and creating clear, data-driven reports
