We're building the world's first Autonomous AI CMO at Niti AI. Our AI agents help marketers run high-ROI campaigns without needing data science, engineering, or agencies.

The Growth Engineer will own our GTM automation stack and bring engineering discipline to sales & marketing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Buiding automation pipelines for prospecting, lead enrichment, and outreach using Python and tools like n8n/Zapier.
  • Integrating AI APIs into GTM workflows for personalization and lead scoring.
  • Automating discovery and engagement on social media platforms, Reddit, and other channels.
  • Cleaning and modeling data to support ICP design, segmentation, and growth analytics.
  • Rapidly experimenting with growth hacks and prototyping, measuring, and iterating results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for individuals with 1–3 years of experience in automation engineering, growth ops, or data engineering. Key skills include:

  • Strong proficiency in Python, APIs, and data wrangling (SQL/Pandas).
  • Hands-on experience with workflow tools (n8n, Zapier, Make) and integrations (HubSpot, Apollo, Slack, etc.).
  • Familiarity with AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain) is a plus.
  • A startup mindset: scrappy, fast, outcome-oriented.
