Lease Administration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lease Administration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Lease Administration services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Abstract critical and key information from leases and other contract documentation
  • Work closely with colleagues within other Lease Administration teams to ensure workload is completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Evaluate and verify lease data for accuracy and completeness
  • Record lease document information into master document control logs and trackers
  • Resolve document/abstraction-related queries with internal stakeholders
  • Review landlord invoices to ensure adherence to lease requirements
  • Prepare area, cost-schedule, and events variance reports for validation projects

Requirements:

  • University graduate with at least 3 years of experience in Lease Abstraction
  • Strong project management skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work within tight operational deadlines and maintain accurate data
  • High degree of workplace ethics and integrity
