Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to the wider business, including testing and maintenance of their software and implementation of IT systems and applications.
  • Administer and support various systems such as Windows Server and Linux O/S.
  • Ensure all tickets worked include problem, solution, end user, initiation, and completion time, along with end user satisfaction.
  • Maintain systems and processes within IT.
  • Assist the Helpdesk function of the wider group.
Essential Skills:
  • Previous helpdesk experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and phone etiquette.
  • Enthusiasm for helping others.
  • Excellent English speaking skills.
  • Windows Server (all versions).
  • Microsoft Exchange.
  • Linux OS.
  • Remote Support.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Good understanding of Networks (DHCP, DNS, etc).
  • Fortinet experience desirable but not necessary.

Please note that this is a senior role reporting directly to the IT Manager.

As a Senior IT Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in system administration, troubleshooting, and customer service.

You will be responsible for providing technical support to the wider business, including testing and maintenance of their software and implementation of IT systems and applications.

The ideal candidate will have previous helpdesk experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and enthusiasm for helping others.
