Job Summary:
As a Senior Demand Generation Manager at TaskUs, you'll play a critical role in driving the rapid growth of our business by generating qualified meetings for our field sales team. You will oversee proactive outbound prospecting efforts, focusing on creative and effective strategies to penetrate key contacts within target accounts and uncover revenue-generating opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities through email, LinkedIn, video, phone, and other outreach channels.
- Focusing on strategic outbound prospecting to generate top-of-funnel sales-ready leads for the field sales team, you will immerse yourself in vertical strategy and drive consistent thesis-led prospecting efforts to penetrate key contacts within target accounts and uncover opportunities.
- Diligently logging and managing leads, contacts, and prospecting activities in Salesforce, you will utilize email cadences for tracking and flagging. Collaborating with data research and insights teams, you will provide guidelines on needs for addressable market lists and feedback on lead quality to support demand generation efforts.
- Leveraging prospecting tools and information available, you will create personalized messages tailored to meet the needs of prospects and organizations, utilizing your knowledge of contact centers, customer service, AI/ML, and sales-related tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, Zoom Info, Groove, and more.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (sales, marketing, business, international business, economics, etc.)
- A positive can-do attitude (bring 110% effort each day)
- Tech-savvy, preferably with knowledge of contact centers, customer service, or AI/ML
- Self-starters, with a solution-oriented, growth mindset, and a strong sense of urgency
- Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills (slideshow presentations and Google Slides)
- Knowledge of the sales process and qualification process, qualification is king
- Experience using Salesforce, LinkedIn, Zoom Info, Groove, and other sales-related tools is helpful
- Excellent team building, sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
