About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as Supply Chain Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing our supply chain ecosystem, ensuring that we have a reliable and scalable system in place to support our rapid growth.

  • You will lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy, from fabric sourcing and vendor partnerships to demand planning, inventory, and distribution.
  • You will build a strong network of suppliers and partners across various locations, including Jaipur, Surat, and Tirupur.
  • You will work closely with our design and merchandising teams to forecast demand and optimize supply chain operations.
  • You will implement systems and processes to ensure quality, speed, and cost efficiency throughout the supply chain.
  • You will hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing supply chain team.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collection rollouts.

  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners.
  • Manage inventory and demand planning to optimize supply chain operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 10–15 years of experience in operations and business roles in high-growth environments.
  • Educational background in a reputable institution.
  • Leadership and organizational skills to build teams and drive execution.
  • Ability to travel frequently.
