Supply Chain Operations Manager

A key objective of this role is to manage logistics operations effectively. This entails defining strategies, planning and budgeting for warehousing, transportation, and other logistics functions.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor supply chain activities across regions
- Ensure strict control on inventory movement, adherence to lead times for customer orders
- Coordinate secondary transportation, customer services, and performance metrics
- Resolve customer complaints and no dues, maintain inventory quality and control
- Optimize logistics expenditure and collaborate with customers
- Track order fulfillment rates of customers to address root causes in collaboration with customers, key account managers, and supply planners
- Address customer concerns on stock availability Key Performance Indicators
- Track product availability notifications quantity, chase delivery appointments, and collaborate with supply chain teams for timely delivery
- Collaborate with customers on unloading concerns
Interactions:
Internal: Supply Chain Teams, Sales, Key Account Managers, IT team, Supply Planners, Logistics Coordinators, Procurement Team
External: Distributors, Modern Trade Customers, Customers Direct chain, Consumer Sales Distributors
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field with 8-12 years of fast-moving consumer goods working experience
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
