Job Title: Strategic Supply Chain Manager

Job Description:

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in supply chain management. You will oversee the planning and execution of operational processes, ensuring seamless coordination with various stakeholders to protect vendor and customer experience.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, dashboards, and modes of execution to solve complex inbound operation problems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within distributed teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring seller/vendor operational performance delivery inline with targets
  • Identifying and articulating strategic importance of metrics as a basis for managing tradeoffs, improving the customer experience, and making decisions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Working closely with vendor operations teams on strategies to reduce cost, lead time, and waste across the end-to-end supply chain
  • Defining, prioritizing, and monitoring program/projects to achieve targets and delivering on schedule
  • Retrieving and analyzing data using Excel, Access, SQL, or other data management systems

The position is located in Bangalore, India.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4-5 years of supply chain/operations work experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing a team in a fast-paced operations environment preferred
