Job Title: Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective management of logistics operations across multiple plants. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of supply chain management principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead SCM/Logistics Operations: Ensure safety, service excellence, and asset integrity across plant logistics.
  • Team Development: Build and empower a high-performing supply chain team focused on efficiency and customer-centricity.
  • Strategic Integration: Align plant operations with corporate SCM standards and support future strategy development.
  • Inventory & Flow Optimization: Manage material flows, launches, and inventory to ensure supply continuity and cost efficiency.
  • Performance Management: Drive S&OP/S&OE processes and monitor KPIs like LTAR, ITR, DPMO, and total supply chain costs.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Over 5 years in operations and supply chain functions, with leadership in a manufacturing/technical environment.
  • SCM Expertise: Strong background in supply chain management, including planning, procurement, and logistics.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance improvements.
  • Strategic Thinking: Capable of integrating corporate strategies into local operations and managing change effectively.
  • Process Knowledge: Familiarity with S&OP, demand/supply balancing, and end-to-end inventory management.
