We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Solution Consultant with expertise in supply chain planning, demand management, and S&OP processes to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and requirements.
  • Lead discovery sessions to identify pain points and gather detailed specifications.
  • Present customized solutions using supply chain planning tools that align with client needs.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain solutions leveraging supply chain technology.
  • Create detailed proposals, workflows, and use case demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.
  • Configure and customize supply chain software to meet client requirements.
  • Guide best practices for supply chain implementation and utilization.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for supply chain solutions during sales cycles and project delivery.
  • Support sales teams with technical expertise and thought leadership during the pre-sales process.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept scenarios.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other documentation requests with detailed technical insights.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors for solution delivery.
  • Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Provide post-implementation guidance and training to ensure client success with supply chain solutions.
  • Collect feedback to refine processes and identify opportunities for future improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Hands-on experience with supply chain software, including configuration, implementation, or solution design.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning, demand management, and S&OP processes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
