Senior Supply Chain Planning Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Supply Chain Planning Expert with extensive expertise in Cloud Platform Integration for Data Services (CPI-DS) to lead the implementation of end-to-end planning solutions for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of SAP IBP modules (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP, Response & Supply).
  • Develop and implement integration strategies between IBP and SAP/non-SAP systems using CPI-DS.
  • Provide solution architecture inputs and ensure best practices in IBP planning area design, key figure modeling, master data setup, and time profiles.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, translating supply chain requirements into scalable IBP solutions.
  • Drive data governance, performance optimization, and troubleshooting for complex integration scenarios.
  • Lead a small team of IBP consultants, providing mentoring and reviewing deliverables.
  • Partner with project managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct workshops, training, and provide continuous knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of SAP experience with at least 4+ years in SAP IBP (end-to-end implementations).
  • Deep expertise in CPI-DS for data integration, ETL, and performance optimization.
  • Strong functional understanding of supply chain planning processes: demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP.
  • Proven experience in leading IBP projects or workstreams.
  • Hands-on experience in Excel add-in for IBP and real-time planning scenarios.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to mentor junior consultants and lead cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for IBP reporting.
  • Knowledge of CPI-PI / CI-PI (Cloud Integration) or other middleware.
  • SAP IBP or CPI-DS certifications.
  • Global template rollouts and multi-country deployments experience.
Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field.
  • SAP certification in IBP preferred.
