Experienced SAP Consultant Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Quality Management, and Warehouse Management Systems. This role is critical in driving end-to-end process improvements across procurement, inventory, quality, and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead or support SAP implementations and enhancements in the areas of WM, MM, QM, and overall Supply Chain Management.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and deliver scalable SAP solutions.
  • Configure and support SAP WM/EWM, MM, QM modules, including master data, purchasing, inventory, inspections, and warehouse processes.
  • Develop functional specifications, support testing and validation cycles, and ensure smooth deployment.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide expert-level support for production environments.
  • Document system processes and changes, and deliver user training as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GxP) and internal control standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10-12 years of hands-on SAP functional experience in WM, MM (or EWM) and broader supply chain areas.
  • Strong expertise in STO processes, including the Logistic Execution part for shipments.
  • Deep knowledge of Routes, Shipping Points, and Shipping Conditions concepts in the context of STO processes.
  • Warehouse Management (WM) expertise is a must, with proven experience in configuring Warehouse Management (SAP WM).
  • Configuring Storage Types and Storage Sections.
  • Resolving Transfer Order, Picking, and Putaway issues.
  • Experience with Batch Management, including hands-on batch determination.
  • Exposure to 3PL integrations and operations (highly preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage or support full lifecycle SAP implementations or significant upgrades.
  • Strong understanding of SAP integration points across logistics modules (MM–QM–WM–SD–PP).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working in regulated industries (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, etc.) is a strong plus.
