Optimizing Supply Chain Performance

As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for managing the distribution planning process to ensure timely delivery of products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve stock replenishment in assigned areas of the supply chain network.
- Collaborate with demand and supply teams to align inventory levels with customer needs.
- Monitor daily stock availability and optimize distribution planning to reduce transportation costs.
- Identify service level gaps and implement improvement plans to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain required stock freshness in all CFAs and highlight SLOB risks to sales and marketing teams.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of work experience in Supply Chain, Planning & Distribution in FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations, including inventory management, transportation, and logistics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Business acumen and ability to drive results-oriented initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA – Operations or B.E. degree in Supply Chain Management.
- Field of study: Supply Chain, Planning, Customer Service in Supply.
