**Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the implementation of the Supply Chain and Customer Development IT engagement organization and process flows.
- Act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop IT engagement strategies that enhance Supply chain efficiency.
- Provide expertise in IT organization design, internal IT business partnering, and global IT delivery.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to influence stakeholders and secure buy-in for IT-driven change initiatives.
- Drive change management processes to ensure smooth implementation of new systems and practices.
- Provide leadership and direction in uncertain environments, setting clear goals and aligning teams to achieve objectives.
- Build strong partnerships across IT and business units, ensuring consistent delivery of high-value outcomes.
- Serve as a mentor and coach, developing the capabilities of the broader team.

**Technical Skills**:

- 10+ years of IT experience in Customer Development (CD) and Supply Chain, with a proven track record in global IT delivery and leadership.
- Experience in industry verticals such as FMCG, Pharma,Food and Beverage, or similar industries.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives to engage diverse audiences.
- Expertise in IT organization design, internal business partnering, and IT strategy development.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing change in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- A proactive, self-motivated leader who can set clear direction and gain support in ambiguous situations.
- Proven ability to deliver results in dynamic, high-pressure settings

**Desirable skills &**experience**:

- Experience working within large, multinational organizations with complex IT and Supply Chain ecosystems.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern IT service delivery frameworks.
- Certification in change management or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to build and foster relationships across cultural and organizational boundaries.

Location: India - Hybrid

Salary/Rate: DOE

Contract Length: +6 months, with likely extension
