Job Title: Global Workforce Solutions Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our global workforce solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing reporting and analytic needs, process documentation, and audit responsibilities across the contingent workforce program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and improve reporting dashboards and data sets that track defined KPIs and SLAs.
  • Ensure all internal GWS processes are defined, streamlined, and documented.
  • Execute internal audit activities, including Vendor Management System (VMS) data validation and monthly access reviews.
  • Serve as Audit liaison with internal stakeholders for additional audit requests.
  • Develop and execute vendor QBR reporting and quarterly/annual cost savings reporting processes.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience working within an internal Contingent Workforce Program or for a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI or similar tools.
  • Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset. Demonstrated ability to create and refine standard operating processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
