Job Title: Global HR Service Delivery Manager

Location: Globally

Reporting To: Business Services Head

Global business services are essential for operational efficiency, cost reduction, and strategic growth. This role leads the delivery of scalable, efficient, and employee-centric HR services across global operations.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will drive transformation through process standardization and data-driven insights, collaborating with global teams to ensure seamless service delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement within a globally integrated framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes globally.
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery aligned with defined SLAs and KPIs.
  • Oversee HR helpdesk operations to ensure timely resolution of employee queries globally.

Process Excellence & Standardization:

  • Drive harmonization of HR processes across global entities.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Champion automation and scalability with platforms like SAP SuccessFactors globally.

Compliance & Governance:

  • Ensure compliance with global labor laws and governance standards.
  • Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments to uphold operational integrity and mitigate risks globally.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and service excellence globally.
  • Collaborate with global HR COEs, regional HR leaders, and business stakeholders to align operational goals with strategic priorities.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Leverage analytics tools to generate actionable insights on workforce trends, service performance, and employee experience globally.
  • Deliver dashboards and reports to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making.

Scaling up & Operational Efficiency:

  • Lead the strategic scaling of global business services by expanding service scope, increasing delivery capacity, and enhancing operating models to support global growth and transformation initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and manage operational budgets effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a global business services environment.
  • Strong expertise in HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors), process automation, and service delivery models globally.
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional, multicultural teams globally.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
