**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an accomplished Luxury Service Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily concierge operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery across all shifts.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of luxury, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. They must be able to build meaningful relationships with clients, understand their lifestyle preferences, and proactively offer tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Daily Concierge Operations: Supervise daily concierge operations and ensure consistent, exceptional service delivery across all shifts.
  • Mentoring and Guiding a Team: Mentor and guide a team of lifestyle executives to uphold service standards and handle client requests across time zones.
  • Building Relationships with Clients: Build meaningful relationships with clients to understand their lifestyle preferences and proactively offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaborating with Vendors: Collaborate with a network of premium vendors, partners, and service providers to meet client demands promptly.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field and a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in luxury hospitality or client servicing. They must also be open to relocating to Goa and working across rotating shifts including nights and weekends.

  • Highly discreet, with the integrity to handle sensitive client information.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and client communication platforms.
