Senior Marketing Leadership Position

A seasoned marketing professional with 5–7 years of experience in luxury, hospitality, or premium travel marketing is sought after.

This role involves developing and executing integrated marketing plans to reinforce the company's luxury positioning in global sports hospitality. Identifying opportunities to create unique luxury propositions around marquee events such as Olympics, FIFA, ICC, Wimbledon, etc., is essential.

The ideal candidate will oversee brand storytelling across digital platforms with a premium, aspirational tone. Championing brand consistency across social media, website, campaigns, and partner channels is crucial.

To succeed, one must lead the ideation of high-end creative content, including social media campaigns, event highlight reels, newsletters, and luxury travel brochures. Driving thought-leadership content to build credibility in the luxury ecosystem is also key.

Strong collaboration with Sales, Product, Design, and Hospitality teams is necessary to ensure integrated campaigns that convert. Managing agencies, luxury lifestyle partners, and digital performance vendors for campaign execution is also vital.

Regular evaluation of campaign ROI, performance trends, and competitor benchmarking with analytics teams is necessary. Providing insights to the CEO on emerging luxury consumer trends, sports fan engagement models, and new marketing channels is also essential.

Premium brand activations around global sporting events and collaborations on cross-industry alliances to expand brand footprint are key aspects of this role. A strong command of digital marketing tools, analytics, and brand storytelling is required.
