Job Title: Executive Director

A senior leadership position is available for a highly skilled and experienced individual to oversee the strategic growth and success of our luxury dealership operations.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing high-end automotive brands, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, enhancing market presence, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Lead all aspects of dealership operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, and after-sales support.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance market presence.
  • Manage and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional performance and customer experiences.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN ROBUST RELATIONSHIPS WITH LUXURY AUTOMOTIVE BRANDS, PARTNERS, AND HIGH-NET-WORTH CLIENTELE.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize profitability.
  • Drive innovation and adoption of best practices within the dealership environment.
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury automotive or related premium sectors.
  • Proven expertise in managing operations, sales, marketing, and service departments.
  • Experience working across at least three luxury automotive or premium industry segments (e.g., Lamborghini, Ferrari, Porsche, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin).
  • Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and people leadership skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
