We are seeking a Senior Rewards and Performance Leader to shape our global performance management, compensation planning, and employee rewards strategies.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute comprehensive policies and systems with 7+ years of experience in rewards, compensation, and performance management within a global organization.
  • Leverage strong analytical skills to interpret complex data from various sources and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously with excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels in a global setting through exceptional communication and consultative skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
