Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Global Supply Chain Manager to oversee the efficient management of our supply chain operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in logistics, transportation, and inventory management to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize global supply chain networks, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs throughout the supply chain.
  • Analyze data to inform supply chain decisions, using metrics such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and shipping accuracy.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and negotiate favorable terms.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a global context.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, including procurement, manufacturing, distribution, and transportation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
