Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with clients to comprehend business challenges and supply chain requirements
  • Leading discovery sessions to identify pain points and gather detailed specifications
  • Presenting customized solutions utilizing Kinaxis RapidResponse
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive supply chain solutions leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse
  • Creating detailed proposals, workflows, and use case demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities
  • Working closely with technical teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions
  • Configuring and customizing Kinaxis RapidResponse to meet client requirements
  • Guiding best practices for Kinaxis implementation and utilization
  • Serving as the subject matter expert for Kinaxis solutions during sales cycles and project delivery

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Kinaxis, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of supply chain planning and demand management processes.

Additional qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
