We are seeking an experienced Global HR Project Manager to oversee the implementation of end-to-end projects across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global human resource management, with at least 4-10 years of experience in managing large-scale projects.

The successful applicant will be responsible for requirement gathering, business analysis, system design, configuration, integration, testing, and application management systems. They will also be required to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a Master's in human resource management is desirable. Experience in one or more of the following Infor/Lawson S3 Global HR modules is a must: Core HR, Benefits, Health & Safety. Additionally, experience in one or more of the following Infor/Lawson S3 Payroll or Infor Talent Management modules is desirable: Performance, Goals, Succession, Compensation.

The ideal candidate will also have experience in troubleshooting configuration errors, database errors, job failures, extensions, and interfaces. Familiarity with version Infor HCM CloudSuite v11.0.1, Mingle 11 and Mingle 12 is an advantage. Furthermore, experience in working with Java/JavaScript/JSP and SQL for technical configuration of extensions and integrations is an added advantage. Experience in using Infor ION, Infor Process Automation/Developer (IPA/IPD) is highly desirable.
