Key Service Executive

We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Key Service Executive, where they will serve as a key point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer relationship management skills and be able to build trust with customers by understanding their needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing transparent information, and ensuring a seamless service experience from initial inquiry through to completion. They will also provide relevant and transparent information regarding facility tours, procedure details, medical management, and financials.

  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build rapport with customers by understanding their stated and unstated needs.
  • Provide transparent information, including facility tours and procedure details.
  • Highlight the benefits and value-adds of our services during negotiations.
  • Up-sell and cross-sell services based on customer profile and needs.
  • Clarify deposit details and payment terms.
  • Counsel customers on dos and don'ts related to their care.
  • Follow-up Management:
  • Proactively follow up with prospective customers who have not yet booked.
  • Conduct follow-up calls for upcoming Estimated Due Dates (EDD), delivery packages, and bed bookings.
  • Track CRM leads and conversions.
  • Organize and ensure attendance for events like maternity photoshoots and baby showers.
  • Operational & Data Management:
  • Actively collaborate with coordinating departments to close operational gaps.
  • Maintain productivity data and trackers.
  • Capture and update all prospective patient data in the Hospital Information System (HIS).
  • Identify source markets and corporate references.
  • Stay updated on competitor activities.
  • Consultant Management:
  • Keep consultants informed about confirmed referral appointments.
  • Engage with visiting consultants to build rapport.
  • Service Excellence & Quality:
  • Contribute to the implementation of the Service Vision.
  • Manage the feedback system.
  • Participate in scheduled corporate activities.
Qualifications & Skills
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Hospitality is preferred.
  • Required Skills:
  • Sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer focus and passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Organizational skills to manage follow-ups and track leads.
  • Data management skills using CRM and HIS systems.
  • Strong collaborative skills to work with various departments and consultants.
