As a Workplace Ambassador, you will be the primary point of contact for all colleague inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to workplace services.

You will execute your duties in a manner consistent with service level agreements, standard processes, professional brand image, and compliant with applicable local laws, rules, and regulations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments of soft services delivery to ensure compliance with service level agreements, policies, and regulations.
  • Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives.
  • Achieve and exceed performance goals, team goals, and client goals and objectives.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate colleague communications and engagement via digital platforms as required.
  • Organize, host, and operationalize key engagement events to enhance experience.
  • Work collaboratively within the account team to deliver Experience Services across all business lines.
  • Assist with third-party vendor relationships and service partners to provide maximum service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years minimum prior relevant experience in hospitality, facility/property management, operations, and/or knowledge of commercial real estate preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a passion for hospitality.
