We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description

  • Provide clear guidance on hospital policies, procedures, and services to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Address and resolve patient concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient needs across departments, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up. They will also play a crucial role in maintaining accurate patient records and providing exceptional customer service.
