Patient Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team.
Job Description- Greet patients with a warm smile and assist them at the front desk or over the phone.
- Handle patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and confirm bookings in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide clear guidance on hospital policies, procedures, and services to ensure a seamless experience.
- Address and resolve patient concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient needs across departments, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up. They will also play a crucial role in maintaining accurate patient records and providing exceptional customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
