Job Title: Healthcare Executive Patient Care Coordinator
Summary of Duties:
- Responding to a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Interacting with Patients, Clinicians, Office Staff, Hospitals, Pharmacies, Clinics, Home Care, and Insurance Companies.
- Scheduling patients according to company guidelines.
- Flexibility to work based on the work schedule.

- Punctuality: Attendance is key for your job role.
- Courtesy: Maintain professionalism and respect towards co-workers.
- Patient Care and Satisfaction: Prioritize each patient's circumstances.
- Directing Patients: Guide patients to the appropriate person/department for further assistance.
- Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Compliance: Keep current with office and department procedures.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in education activities and attend physician staff meetings.
- Policy Adherence: Follow the Employee Handbook.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
- Availability: Be available for customer-required meetings when working offshore.
Skills / Attributes Required:
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
- Ability to operate a computer, phone, and basic office equipment.
- Strong typing skills and ability to type quickly.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
Educational Qualification:
- Any degree.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- PAC Calls Support for Patient Care:
a. Attend calls via the softphone.
b. Assess and understand the patient's needs and assist accordingly.
c. Schedule appointments if required based on symptoms.
d. Coordinate with other departments and respond to patients if the task is handled by another team.
e. Follow phone etiquette at all times.
