Patient Care Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to guide patients through their treatment journey and facilitate collaboration with top hospitals in India.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with patients to understand their healthcare requirements and preferences
  • Assist patients in selecting the most suitable hospital and doctor based on their needs and priorities
  • Counsel patients about available treatment options and hospital facilities
  • Coordinate with hospitals and doctors for seamless appointment scheduling
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely follow-ups

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, patient counseling, or hospital coordination
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • A patient-centered attitude with empathy and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (desired)
