We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team as a Patient Care Specialist.
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions through observation, interviews, and diagnostic tests to identify areas requiring treatment.
- Treatment Planning: Collaborate with patients and multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their goals and needs.
- Therapeutic Intervention: Administer a range of physical therapy techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and mobility training, to promote patient recovery and independence.
- Pain Management: Implement non-pharmacological approaches to help patients manage acute or chronic pain and improve their overall well-being.
- Rehabilitation Support: Provide expert support to patients recovering from surgery, injury, stroke, or neurological conditions, helping them regain mobility and strength.
- Progress Monitoring: Track and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, posture correction, ergonomic practices, and injury prevention strategies to promote long-term health and wellness.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and caregivers, to provide comprehensive care.
- Equipment Use: Operate and instruct patients in the safe use of physiotherapy tools and assistive devices, such as walkers, braces, or balance boards.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and contribute to case discussions and documentation as required.
