Commercial Leasing Professional

The General Manager/Assistant General Manager will act as liaison between in-house personnel, tenants, outside counsel, architects, consultants, brokers and municipalities to negotiate, organize, track and support leasing processes.
This role requires the ability to facilitate all leasing-related activities from inception to close, involving site visits, negotiations, documentation, coordination and administration of various aspects of the leasing process.
The ideal candidate will manage and direct daily activities of the leasing operations department in accordance with organizational policies and standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements
- Overseeing completion of necessary paperwork
- Ensuring proper customer service
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability
In addition, the role requires high networking skills with International Property Consultants (IPCs) and leading leasing brokers, proficiency in direct marketing or sales efforts to corporates and good presentation skills to convince prospective brands.
Qualifications
- PGDM/MBA
- Professional Qualifications: Certification in retail leasing (optional)
