Lease Management Expertise

MRI Software seeks a seasoned leader to oversee the Lease Abstraction team in India.

The successful candidate will lead a global team, working closely with senior directors and other leaders to drive integration and standardization. They will be responsible for:

  • Managing local services and people management of Managed Services employees in India.
  • Fostering collaboration between business leaders globally (NA, EMEA, and APAC) to build and support the Managed Services team in India.
  • Driving global integration and standardisation in India, adopting policies, procedures, and training for Managed Services teams.

This is a strategic leadership role that requires vision and leadership consistency with MRI's services strategic plans and objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing global teams, driving change, and developing processes to improve performance and productivity.

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience in lease abstraction or related field, with strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Presentation and communication skills are essential, as well as experience with business SaaS offers.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams, combined with polished skills in planning, motivation, coaching, and cross-team collaboration.
