Job Overview

About the Role

  • You will conduct market research, identify opportunities, and develop a deep understanding of the real estate market to inform your decision-making.
  • Your expertise will be crucial in preparing annual rental budgets and forecasts, ensuring our business remains competitive.
  • You will also provide regular updates to stakeholders on market trends, supply and demand, pricing, competition, and market positioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, or Business Marketing.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in marketing and leasing, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the real estate industry, with a strong network of contacts.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
